We are still here in Haiti, “sheltering in place” as we’ve been told, and we are so grateful for the place we are staying put, it could have been much worse. Psalm 121 assures us of God’s watch care over us.
We have internet access, one U.S. news station, coffee, and a restaurant for meals. We even have A.C. In our rooms – so we are very thankful.
We are not near the cities and towns where the protests and violence is taking place, but in order to get to the airport we will have to get through road blocks and who knows what else. Please pray that, by that time, there will be no obstacles in our way. Some of us have flights tomorrow afternoon, and some on Wednesday. We are anxious to get home.
We know we have many churches, friends, and family praying for us and for that we are grateful.
Dear Carla, we are glad to hear that you are all safe and we pray that these manifestations will be over soon. We will continue praying for you and your ministry in Haiti. God bless.
