Carla and Quentin are flying tonight from Miami to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to introduce the PS78 Teacher Education Program to the MINTS Seminary there. They have hundreds of Christian schools, but no place for teachers to receive instruction on how to teach from a biblical worldview. They will be teaching the instructors this week and the new students next week.
Note from Solomon, their contact at the seminary: “Tomorrow we will meeting with Christian schools owners, boards, and Evangelical students association leaders. This will be a big hit for us to introduce ps78.”
Pray for flexibility (the schedule is very fluid!) and for clear communication. Pray we can reach the heart of those we teach in spite of the reality that English is not their heart language (English is the language of secondary schools and colleges, but not primary schools).
